2020 Camps*

*Update for June 16, 2020 – There is still room at all 6 camps so register today.  Space is limited due to social distancing.

*Our new location for 2020 (think big field and outdoor play areas) is Fraser Valley Adventist Academy, 26026 48 Ave, Aldergrove, BC (near the zoo).

All camps include group games, sports, and positive character teaching from a Christian perspective.  Each week of camp will be a unique experience so that a child can attend all 6 camps if they choose.  All camps will be no larger than 13 kids per ‘mini-camp’ and will be socially distanced from any children not in that ‘mini-camp.’  There will be 4 ‘mini-camps’ running at the same time, but each will have it’s own location and washrooms.  Any equipment that might be shared will be sanitized between uses. Even during teaching time each ‘mini-camp’ will be separated by at least 10 feet from other ‘mini-camps.’

All Camps are $199 this year (9:00am-4:00pm), and extended care is $69 (8:00-9:00am, 4:00-5:30pm)

July 13-17 Sports Camp

This camp will feature skills training in a variety of sports including basketball, soccer, volleyball and hockey.  Skill-building drills, as well as friendly games, will help kids stay fit, make new friends and develop a life-long love for sport.  Special guests will help coach kids at an age-appropriate level.

July 20-24 Young Scientist Camp

At camp, science is always fun!   Kids will make cool chemical reactions, use physics, and have many more science adventures.  There will also be parallels drawn between science and positive character lessons to help kids become successful adults.

July 27-31 Woodworking Camp

Kids will learn how to make incredible inventions from wood.  Our carpenter, Tom Glatts, has been working with wood for over 30 years (including 3 years as a professional cabinet maker).  Tom can’t wait to help your child discover a passion for wood work.

Aug 4-7 Art Camp

Kids will learn to paint, draw or sculpt their favourite animals and landscapes from two of our very talented staff!  Techniques like proportions, lighting, shading and textures will be taught.  By using in-house instructors, we were able to reduce the cost by $50.

Aug 10-15 Young Inventors

Kids will learn from actual inventors who will bring their creations to show the kids.  Children will learn what inventors do to bring their ideas to life.  They will be inspired to become the inventors of tomorrow.

Aug 17-21 Rescue Heroes Camp

Your kids are going to love our most requested camp this year!  This brand new camp will include special visits from real life heroes such as firefighters, ambulance drivers, search and rescue experts and nurses.*
*We reserve the right to make adjustments to camp programming and schedules as needed.
