Building Friendships & Confidence

Tug of War

Kids grow up so fast that we need to take every opportunity to teach them about positive living!  This summer, we are telling the classic Chronicles of Narnia stories as part of inspiring them to become successful adults.

Children Embracing in Circle

Kids learn best when they are having fun.   We spend months planning programs and inviting special guests so your kids can have the funnest week of the year here at camp!

Kids Blowing Bubbles

Each day we go out of our way to help your child make new friends.  Through ‘ice-breakers’ and group games, each child will have a chance to build new relations or strengthen old ones.

The Chronicles of Narnia children’s books have sold over 100 million copies worldwide, been translated into 47 languages, and adapted into 3 different Disney Films. These timeless stories of fantasy are filled with exciting adventures of giants, knights and dragons. Narnia will also teach your child many deep and meaningful themes that can challenge and inspire their imagination to fight for what is good and stand for what is right.  Each week we will tell a different book from the Chronicles of Narnia Series:

July 12-16  SCIENCE CAMP - The Lion, the Witch and The Wardrobe

July 19-23  SPORTS CAMP - The Horse and His Boy

July 26-30  AMAZING MACHINES CAMP - Prince Caspian

August 3-6  ART CAMP - The Voyage of the Dawn Treader

August 9-13  ANIMAL CAMP - The Silver Chair

August 16-20  COOKING CAMP - The Last Battle

2021 CAMPS

July 12-16

For Science Camp this year, we have Mrs. Melnychenko, a High School Science teacher currently finishing her Master's Degree. She has taught two previous science camps in 2018 and 2019 to rave reviews. Her passion and excitement for science really come through in her teaching and your kids won’t be disappointed. Mrs. Melnychenko enthusiasm and kindness will help them fall in love with Science. Our story for the week will be “The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe.”

Science Class

July 19-23

Sports can help your child’s fitness, focus and social skills. Our sports camp leader, Ryan, is a passionate athlete and has a real zest for life. His excitement will be contagious as he uses sport as a learning foundation for life. This camp will feature skills training in a variety of sports including basketball, soccer, volleyball and hockey. There will also be friendly games and character-building lessons taught. Our story this week will be “The Chronicles of Narnia: The Horse and His Boy.”

July 26-30

Kids will learn about some of the coolest machines around! They will get to carefully take machines, such as bikes, iPhones and computers apart themselves to see how they work (they will enjoy this more than you realize). We will also have special guests bring amazing machines like hot rods, electric cars, heavy-duty machinery, and more! If your kids love legos, cars or gadgets, then this is the camp for them. Our story this week will be “The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian”

August 3-6

Your kids will unleash their creative expression through painting, drawing, and sculpting their favourite animals, landscapes, and more! Several of our talented staff have a real passion for art and creative expression, and they want to inspire your child’s interest and improve your child’s skills. Camp is the perfect environment for your child’s imagination to take flight with fun and creative art projects, suited for all skill levels! Our story this week will be “The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader.”
*Note that this is a 4-day camp, which helped us keep the price the same as the other camps despite the extra supplies needed.

August 9-13

Back by popular demand! Kids love animals, and we love kids.  So this week, we will be bringing a different animal every single day for the kids to learn about in a safe way.  They will go wild seeing some of their favourite animals in real life as well as learning fun facts and interesting science about them. If your kid loves animals, they won’t want to miss this week. The story for this week will be “The Chronicles of Narnia: The Silver Chair.”

Cooking Class

Each day Kids will learn to prepare delicious food from a different country, and eat it for their own lunch. Then in the afternoon, they will learn the history and culture of that country. All food prep will be done in a covid safe way.
